Harvest Prayer
Heavenly Father, as we come to celebrate this year's Harvest of Divine Providence, we praise you for your goodness and your generosity, your provision and care for us.
We thank you for the blessings of life, the gift of family, friends and our Parish.
We are grateful for the graces you give us to know you, love you, and serve you.
We pray for a bountiful harvest, provision for you children, and peace in our country. That souls will be saved, lives transformed and God glorified abundantly.
May our hearts be filled with the joy of the Lord as we celebrate our Harvest.
Grant us the wisdom always to use our gifts and blessings for your glory, mindful that all good gifts come from you. Bless the hands that sow, that they may reap.
May your Holy Spirit lead us in this year's harvest activities and inspire us to act with commitment, integrity and generosity.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen
